Order Processing Because our items are limited edition collectibles, our manufacturing partner takes extra care in handling, inspecting, and packaging every order to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be processed, quality-checked, and dispatched from the production facility in Türkiye.
1. Processing vs. Shipping Time

2. Shipping Rates Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.

3. International Shipping (From Türkiye) We facilitate worldwide shipping directly from our partner's secure warehouse in Türkiye. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT/GST), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Geek Cultcha acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility as the importer of record.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your item has passed final inspection and is handed to FedEx, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking status to update. If you haven’t received your order within 15 days, please contact us at [email protected].
5. Damaged Items Items are packaged with extreme care. However, if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos. We will coordinate with our partners to resolve this immediately.
